Edmonton Pets in the Park 2014

Every year, Pets in the Park gets better and better, and this year - the festival's 22nd - was no exception. The grounds were bigger, the crowds came out in full force (an estimated 10-15,000 were in attendance!), the sights and sounds provided an incredible atmosphere, and fun was had by all, especially the pets who got to enjoy an exclusive outing in William Hawrelak Park.

Through pledges raised for the Petplan Pet Insurance 2.5 km Walk and the Tail Blazers 5 km Fun Run, and many other donations, a total of approximately $160,000 was raised for the Edmonton Humane Society. This money will go a long way towards helping the Edmonton Humane Society care for the thousands of animals that come through their shelter each and every year.

EIDAP Inc was thrilled to be a part of this great event again this year. We were on the grounds, implanting microchips, scanning microchips, and making many new furry friends!

We hope to see you there next year!!
