Watchman:

WatchMan is a mobile patrol management system which simplifies the task of ensuring locations on premises have been visited. WatchMan provides unmatched levels of reliability, simplicity of use and system integrity. Sophisticated software within the transponders and readers eliminates the possibility of date, time or checkpoint attendance being tampered with or altered. WatchMan is incorruptible. Fast set-up and ease of use makes the WatchMan system one of the most advanced and reliable patrol management systems on the market today.

With the push of a button on the reader, readings are stored in the small battery operated TROVAN™ LID570 Pocket reader. No contact or line of sight required. The collected data is downloaded from the reader to computer via infrared technology for permanent storage and reporting. This is done with a single 'Download' button in the WatchMan program. The collected data is analyzed and available for a number of different reporting option.

TREE IDENTIFICATION:

Trees are identified with RFID for several reasons, e.g. to identify the month and year that they are planted and to identify the logs after they are cut, before shipping to the mill.

BARRELS, GAS CYLINDERS AND CONTAINER IDENTIFICATION:

This is primarily keg management for breweries, soft drink companies and cylinder identification for propane and gas providers.

SURVEY MONUMENTS:

Survey monuments often get lost, by attaching a transponder they are easier to find.

GARBAGE MANAGEMENT:

There are three areas where RFID can be used in waste management, Trash Containers, Vehicle with dumping mechanism/automatic identification of containers and route management.

ACCESS CONTROL and SKI LIFT TICKETING:

Access control can be very secure with available Eidap software and Trovan readers and RFID cards, the benefits of the Ski Lift Ticketing system are, Smooth effortless lift line movement, assistance and information instead of enforcement, non-invasive ticket checking, greater flexibility of ticketing options.

FISHERIES:

With fish farming and aguaculture becoming a major industry, secure, tamperproof identification is becoming vital to both industry security and food safety.
